Submitting a work order at the International Place is easy for registered tenants! Just click the button below and follow a few simple questions so that we can alert our staff of the issues that you may have encountered. We will be sure to get to work orders in a timely fashion and update the requests with progress reports.

    Temperature Adjustment

    Whether your suite is too hot or too cold, submit a work order and an engineer will be informed right away.

    Notice a sink that keeps running or a toilet that won't stop flushing? Report it immediately so our engineering or maintenance staff can get to it right away!

    Submit a work order for property damage, cleaning, keys and locks, maintenance, lighting and more!
